As we know you can load your iPod with lots of music but making playlists of tracks to play at the poolside takes time to get right.  I already have two or three mixes done (made for previous holidays)but I’m working on a new chilled poolside mix for this year. I have picked tracks from memory, radio, blogs and websites but only tracks I like and that fit with the mood.  Fitting them into an order that suits can be time consuming so I put them in a playlist and listen to it in the car and choose which track will go and which stay and of course play with the running order.

My First Blog

This is my first blog
I'm concentrating on my planning and getting ready for my holiday in Salou, Spain this June. It might not be for five weeks but getting everything ready takes time and effort. Starting with arranging apartments then flytes to Reus Airport, after that airport parking at Prestwick Airport and a taxi to take us from Reus to the apartments. As we are arriving late at night I had to make sure someone would be there to let us into the apartment. Travel Insurance and passports checked, Euros bought, put together ready for the off. Decisions need to be made on which cases to take, size and amount, my wife likes to pack really early so clothes, shoes etc. needs done before she picks for you. Chargers, batteries, euro plugs, deciding what gadgets are going to be taken need found and put in the cases.
The hardest part of planning for me is choosing what music to have on my iPod I've already been doing this for a couple of months and I'm still at it.
